MoFAST
helps Missouri businesses and entrepreneurs compete for federal
financing of technology research and product development as offered
by SBIR and STTR by providing access to SBIR and STTR search services,
assistance providers, information, sample proposals and networks
via the MoFAST Gateway. Be sure to start your journey here!
The
SBA's Office of Technology strengthens and expands the competitiveness
of U. S. small high technology research and development businesses
in the federal marketplace. They also assist in achieving the
commercialization of the results of both the federal research
and development programs mandated by the Small Business Innovation
Development Act of 1982, the Small Business Research and Development
Enhancement Act of 1992, and the Small Business Innovation Research
Program Reauthorization Act of 2000.
The
National Science Foundation (NSF), the sponsor of this Website,
is an independent U.S. Government agency responsible for promoting
science and engineering. It invests over $3.3 billion per year
in almost 20,000 research and education projects and sponsors
national conferences to promote the SBIR/STTR program.
The
SBIR Gateway is offered by Zyn Systems, a technology and management
consulting firm specializing in Technology Transfer, Commercialization,
Technology Outreach Programs and the development of Web-based
management systems and e-business solutions.

On-Line is a great resource if you want to know more about SBIR
& STTR program activity, about who (and what) is being funded
by whom, and how to be SBIR-involved - as applicant, awardee,
collaborator and/or service provider. They feature free, searchable
databases of Phase I & II awards for every SBIR/STTR participating
agency.
